Dave B
I have just rebuilt my LS Chaparral 2C and realised it is the only Chappie I have not shared. Apart from replacing the moulded mesh with a (too) fine gauze it is a box stock build painted with auto acrylic. I now have 2 * 2D's (Monogram & Fujimi), 2F (Fisher), 2H (body copy of Exotic Miniatures) and a 2J (scratchbuilt) along with the 3 Cox slot cars being a 2, 2D and 2E (mag frame). Not too bad for a Ford guy!! Tks for looking. Dave B Edited June 13, 2018 by Bantoft spelling error
bbowser
Nice! Chaparral's made a big impression on me back in the '60s. Jim Hall was way ahead of his time.
ismaelg
Nice job on the rebuild. Like Bruce said, those were really ahead of their time.

TarheelRick
Back in those days there were only three C's is automobiles: Chaparal, Cheetah, and Chevrolet. Since then I have grown up and dropped the last C, but the first two are still way up there. Really nice looking build.
