Yes but JC and Cobraman start half of them.  Just kidding guys - any Cobra is a good Cobra.

About 4 years ago Academy promised a Daytona Coupe, even had it illustrated in the future release file and then "poof",  gone like vapor.  A modern 289 in the street, USRRC, and FIA bodies would be like printing money.  A 427 with bulged rear fenders as most all the race versions had should be pretty easy.  I have to believe that licensing was/is the bugaboo.  Carroll Shelby never met a dollar that he didn't want a piece of and it seems the company continues that tradition.

It's a 1/18 scale model by Michel Stassart. More info here. It looks like a 1/18 Shelby Collect diecast, which is really detailed and goes for 67 bucks.
