I remember when guys used to paint their wheel centers on their chrome wheels. Worked great to hide the rust around the lug nuts on your daily drivers. I'm a fan of this late 50s-early 60s style and your truck hits all the right notes...quilted interior, nerf bars, rolled pan, quad taillights, even the painted centers on the chrome-reverse wheels.
