mikemodeler
Great article, thanks for sharing it Casey. I did notice that there was no mention of R&D in the US, hopefully someone like an Ed Sexton can be used to bring new subjects to the market. Richard Bartrop
So it sounds like they're back in business exactly when they said they were. This is very good news. Edited September 15, 2018 by Richard Bartrop
iamsuperdan
So although the initial kit announcement doesn't excite me, I think it's a very good thing that they are back and actually releasing kits. And did I read that right? The Chevelle is a brand new mold? New kits are a very good thing.

If an US R&D unit doesn't materialize, one can hope the German one will produce kits of subjects relevant to the american market. They did the VW bug, the Rabbit and various Ferraris. If you hold your breath for long enough you might even get a Buick Opel. Remember those?
espo
I have seen pictures of Opel's of more resent vintage that looked interesting. They may even sell more BMW's and Mercedes than they realize. I'd like to see some of their "Shutting Brake" models and a nice Audi would work.
