Gramps46
Please keep us posted on this build. I had an uncle who sailed on the Great Lakes and built really great ship models in the winter I am guessing from scratch. I sure hope his daughter kept them or put them in a sailing museum. cobraman
Looking good. Those kits can be a challenge. Built 4 wooden boats/ships and they were tough after doing plastic models for over 50 years. The old wooden submarine was the toughest model of any kind I ever built. Had doubts I would ever finish it. Keep it going.
philo426
Who made the sub kit and .can you post a pic of it?What was tough about it?The biggest issue I have is the instructions for the wooden ship kits.I wish they were as clear and sequential as plastic kits.
