Jim N
I completed this one about a month ago. It's built box stock and painted Dupli-Color Linen White. The decals are from Wet Works. I lowered the ride height a little and tucked the tires in the fenders a little as well. I tried using a white gel pen on the raised tire lettering instead of using decals as usual and the results were less than inspiring. I think I will be taking the tires off and using decals in the near future. The wheels are Tamiya Park Green with their gloss black added until I got the color I liked. It may still be a bit too light. I really like these decals as they look the closest to the actual race car that I have been able to find. The actual car looked to be a metallic green and Monogram's and the other aftermarket decals had the color to be more of a lime green. I think I will be re-doing my 82 Buick soon. As always, thanks for looking. Here are a couple of the 81 and 82 cars together.

bbowser
Great work on them both! I don't think the tires came out bad at all.
iBorg
This actually looks like a race car. Most models of this car look like models.
