First I added a piece of styrene to each side as a guide/stay. Some slight tweaking and a little sanding did the trick. It should close the gap better once it is glued at final assembly... chris chabre Posted January 1, 2019 Share Posted January 1, 2019 Looks good!, Im gonna be doing the same since my down n dirty mock up is still sitting right next to me as I type..I keep telling myself not to mess with it right now as for the dog house, I have an awesome MRS that has never once complained when I bought or drug something home...She listens to my hairbrained ideas since Im a designer and fabricator whos brain never shuts off.. This is a real POS, I tried very hard from the beginning test fitting, checking, rechecking and more test fitting. By the time I figure there was no way the glass would fit I was swamped.
