1951 Fleetline

Recommended Posts

I started this one on January 19 and finished on February 9th after a long fight.  The chassis was warped one way, the body was warped the other.  For what I thought was going to be a relatively easy build, I almost put it back in the box but I endeavored to persevere.  In retrospect I would have done a few things different, but this is still a learning experience for me.

Great color, sharp build. Have a ragtop in the stash I haven't gotten  to yet.

I was say good for you for carrying on. Those warps can really turn a pleasurable experience into something awful. Nice, clean box stock build.

Great job!  Can't go wrong with a 6-banger, blackwalls, and dog dishes!B)

Built two of those, and I know the front end assembly is fiddly to say the least.

Great color.

Looks very good. Color almost looks OEM. Nice to see a little warmed over 6 cylinder.
