I knew it was some early postwar Italian design, so I ended up going through all the Italian coachbuilders on Coachbuilt.com until I hit the jackpot. I was so sure it was an Isotta-Fraschini that I almost gave it as my answer.Fortunately I double checked, but then the wheels convinced me that it was a Lancia, so I wasted time on that search.
