I think it would make an awesome Pro-Touring project as I'm bouncing around ideas for my next build..... Any photos would be greatly welcome...... Thank You! Tom Geiger Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 It's a noble thought worth exploring. I bought an extra Foose pickup with the intent of stuffing that chassis under something else. I just held my built Foose pickup up against a built '50 Ford pickup and the wheelbases match pretty well. Just eyeballing it, the chassis appears like it would sit in the same space as the stock '50 chassis. I was wondering since it was mentioned that Foose had moved the front axle on the 1:1 truck. Jantrix Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 I've been kicking around a similar idea for a while as the Foose chassis and drivetrain would lend itself for an autocross vehicle very well.
