89AKurt
"Kerb" weight, what are they, British blokes? Yea that's pretty awesome looking. Couldn't the exhausts be wrapped with asbestos tape, or Jet Hot?

Richard Bartrop
A Cheetah? I'd buy one.
Roger U
I would definitely buy one, or more Cheetahs.

djflyer
There was at least one pretty good resin kit a while back, but they are really hard to find. I have seen a good looking built up based on a slot car body and an AM Grand Sport chassis and driveline.

Dave Ambrose
If that doesn't reek of American sports car power, I don't know what would. I'd buy one in a heartbeat.
Matt Bacon
It looks like one of Hot Wheels' less well proportioned fantasy racers, and I'd much rather a mainstream kit maker gave us a Cobra Daytona Coupe... or a Lightweight Low-Drag E-Type, come to that: YMMV, obviously... best, M. Bill J
Historic Racing Miniatures makes a very nice resin kit of this car. While the car was interesting and cool looking in it's day, it was very unsuccessful as a road race car. Never much in control. I am with others here, I would much rather have a Cobra Daytona Coupe, it took the USA to it's first FIA Sports Car Championship, a very significant car in history. I have one of the HRM kits and a Gunze-Sanyo kit but a cheaper version sure would be nice. I will add, that if I had lots of money, I would love to have a kit car replica of a Daytona Coupe in 1:1 to drive. I doubt many could keep a Cheetah pointed in a safe direction, the race car drivers back in the day couldn't.
Eshaver
I'm actually quite surprised no one has done this as a plastic kit . Going back to the Slot car madness of the mid 60's , I think it was Cox who had a vacuum formed body .
Phirewriter
Almost everyone in the slot car biz in the 60's had a vac formed Cheetah body. Cox had a styrene body on a number of chassis as technology advanced, however they also offered it as a model kit. Like their Chaparral kit it's very difficult to find. Classicgas
I would buy one too.

gtx6970
Sorry, but the car in question does nothing for me,,,personally think its but ugly. A Cobra Daytona coupe would catch my interest though. Otherwise ;;;;;

It's also a very no nonsense look, just the bare minimum of sheet metal stretched over the chassis. It's a car built for winning races, not beauty contests.
