I would love to see a 1/25 scale 73-74 Dodge Dart Sport,a 1/25 scale 70 Dart Dart 340 Swinger and any boat tail Riviera kitted.

Add a 73 Swinger to that.

A '71 Riviera?  Yes please!

I'm a big fan of the fuselage era Mopars, and there's something about the Mercury Marauder X-100 that I really like.

If we want to talk about European cars with big American V-8s:

The Jensen Interceptor is probably the best known Jensen model, and it's beautiful to boot.

The Iso Grifo.  Come on, just look at that face.

Do you think we could talk Heller into doing a Facel Vega?

Seeing how neither Round 2 or Moebius want to do new car kits, maybe the best hope for new muscle cars is to keep reminding Revell's new owners that there are still all these Americans who want to throw fistfulls of money at them?

The 1970 Swinger 340 could serve as the basis for a 2-in-1 kit  ; the Canadian Swinger Special 340 of 1971-1972 ! Just put the 1971-1972 rear bumper / tail lamps setup in the 1970 kit -- the base interiors are shared between those years .

You would think Round2 would pick up on the need for a 68 Coronet if you look at all the posts on here!

I saw today that Southern Motorsports Hobbies has a resin repop for the reasonable price of $40.

I like the styling of the mid '70s Iso Grifo, which had a Ford 351 Cleveland.

That's pretty sharp looking, except for the model of the parking garage sitting on the hood. Lose that and we'll talk. B)

I guess their wasn’t enough space under the hood.  The earlier 427 ones had that hood w the earlier front end, as did the 454 ones.

     I think eventually we will see a 68 Coronet R/T come out by either Revell, Round 2 or even Moebius; despite what the naysayers say.

For those who missed it, I recently posted the "missing in action" section from my book "Collecting Muscle Car Model Kits" in the new car kits review section of the forum.  Copied below is what I had listed from the book chapters on BOP and Chevy Intermediate muscle cars.....

Here's the list of Buick Olds Pontiac (BOP) kit candidates I suggested....

MISSING IN ACTION

GTO/442/Gran Sport kits yet to appear in any 1/24th-1/25th scale kit

* 1970 & 1971 GTO Judge Hardtop and Convertible (1970 with optional RA-IV engine, 1971 with the 455 HO engine)

* 1971 GT-37 w/400 4-bbl

* 1973 GTO or GrandAm Coupe with (for extra credit) the planned – but not produced – 455 Super Duty engine

* 1970 Olds Rallye 350

* 1967 GS-340, 1968-1970 GS-350

GTO/442/Gran Sport kits that need a new/modern kit offering

* 1965, 1967, 1968, 1970, 1971, and 1972 GTO (1970 to include RA-IV engine; 1971 to include 455 HO engine)

* 1968 442 Hardtop and Convertible

* 1970-1971 442 Hardtop and Convertible with W-30 package

And here's the list of Chevy Intermediate kit candidates....

MISSING IN ACTION

Chevelle and El Camino that are yet to appear in a 1/24-1/25th scale kit:

* 1967 El Camino with 396 V8

* 1970 SS 454 Convertible with LS6 454 V8

* 1970 El Camino with LS6 454 V8

* 1971-72 El Camino with LS5 454 V8

Chevelle and El Caminos that need a new/modern kit offering:

One that nobody is talking and would make a great kit is a 1968-69 mercury cyclone

Mentioned twice in the first page.  All the Mercury muscle cars are severely underserved.
