Nataan92
Hi All, Today i finally finished the Sauber C9. I started this kit about 10 months ago, but took a long break, due to life getting very busy. Anyway, i have linked my WIP thread, if anyone wants to see some of my progress though this build. Going into this build, i wanted it to be the most detailed kit i had ever done, and i think i have completed what i set out to do. I am very pleased with the final outcome of the build. Thanks for looking Nathan
Tommy124
Hi Nathan, let me the the first one to gratulate you on this great build. You have really reached a great level of detailing, as you set out to do. Handling those old decals sure wasn't easy but you managed to do that aswell. The engine compartment is looking great and "busy" - something that most Tamiya Group C car kits are lacking when built OOB. Also you have considered the silver trim lines on the outer tail light glass housing. Did you you paint this or do it by BMF? Nacho Z
Great looking model of a great looking racer.  You’ve done an excellent job, Nathan!

The silver outline around the lights is just the rear canopy part, so it is all silver paint, the clear red part just sits behind this part. Gluebomber
Really nice work, Nathan. You got a good, "non-sparkly" silver finish that looks very realistic. What paint did you use?
