Well this one is done. Started life as Amt's 1990 454 ss. I converted it to a mid 90's truck. I used the chrome bumpers and later style grill from the amt snap dually kit. I used the interior from that kit too to update this truck. I also LS swapped it with a resin motor I casted myself. Pegasus wheels and a big brake upgrade.

I noticed after the pics I have the front tires backwards but that is corrected lol

This is indeed a VERY nicely built truck!!! I do have to ask about the manual shifter coming out of the floor along with the automatic shift lever on the steering column.

Honestly I over looked it. Its fixed now that's what I get for finishing the truck at 2 am lol.

Excellent build! This has always been my fav generation of truck, from any manufacturer.

My one complaint with the kits though, and this is in no way a criticism of your build, is the front grille. The molded one piece grille just never looks as realistic as the rest of the truck. Even ones finished as well as yours. I wonder if there's an aftermarket solution? Hmm...

I have to quote this for two reasons. 1.) because I couldn't agree more with you on a favorite generation of truck. I've had mine now for 9 years and it's become my favorite vehicle of all time and now has 405,000 miles on it. and 2.) you are definitely right about the one piece grille. Having built one myself I'm glad that it was an all black truck because of that fact.
