I intended to do this kit stock but some parts were lost during a move. So I decided to modify it a little with a 95 Corvette ZR1 kit. 20190511_115714_resized.thumb.jpg.85a495ec9000863b577427c7745074c8.jpg20190511_114410_resized.thumb.jpg.5ca33201fb1b53a1112b4f1e4eddb0b0.jpg

That's the way a "55" is supposed to look. Period correct colors, perfect stance, killer motor.

Thanks for the comments everyone. It was a fun build. My first time kit bashing and using BMF.

Berr13--I used Rust-oleum Seaside Blue (without the added primer) to replicate the Regal Turquoise paint from 1955.

Very nicely done!

Are you going to touch up the V8 emblems (below the taillights) with a molotow pen?

Ray--To be honest, I had to Google what a Molotow pen is (a lot of new products came out while I was away from building). I'll touch up the V8 emblems as soon as I get one.
