tkzwolf
This is the first completed model I've posted and my third auto since i started building again last year. I also build 1/700 ships and submarines. Revell 1/24 kit with Hobby Design upgrade set. I used Gravity Colors Hell Green Mango with Matte Clearcoat and used Gravity 3 part clear over the carbon fiber on the roof. I removed the chrome from the wheels and painted them with Gravity Gunmetal with a semi-gloss Clearcoat. Interior is Model Master Italian Red and semi gloss black. Overall the kit was relatively easy to fit together with the exception of the body over the chassis and the hood fit. The Hobby Design set had a lot of nice additional detail, especially the grills in the front. I attached the rear clip to the body before I painted but attached the front clip at the end. The front clip was a little warped so it was challenging to get it all together and required a lot of patience. Putting the HUGE carbon fiber decal on the roof without ripping it was a real challenge. Forgot to fill in the license plate holes before I painted as I did not want to put plates on it. Also forgot to take a photo of the completed interior before I glued it together but included an in-progress photo of the completed dash and almost complete interior tub. Black embossing powder for the carpet. Thanks for looking.

peekay
Although modern supercars aren't my thing I can see you did a beautiful job on this. And I wish I had your camera skills.

Matt Bacon
That looks fantastic, and well done on getting the body together so cleanly at those front and rear valence joins! Love the colour... I just wish someone would do a transkit with the Carrera grill to do a proper Hell Green GT R... best, M.

tkzwolf
Thanks everyone. I appreciate the comments and feedback. The smaller AMG GT in the last photo is a Hotwheels I painted to match the model.
