DeeCee
I wanted to do something different with a Willys, as everybody either does them as drag or tough street .. including myself. I wanted to drop it, chop it, and custom rod it, some will like it, some won't, but that is the best part about modeling.. IMAGINATION.. TarheelRick
Looks really good, the chop is subtle and I really like the suicide doors. Because of the rounded top of the Willys I know that chop was a real trick to accomplish, but you did a fine job.
BeakDoc
You had me at suicide doors. I dig everything about it!
zakdoggi
That's cool. Reminds me of "Bad Chad" ?

Phildaupho
I was not sure what I was going to see when I opened this post but I was pleasantly surprised. I really like your kustom.
bbowser
That's a beauty! I really like the 3 chrome strips on the fender covers, very Art Deco!
espo
Great looking build. I like the Art Deco looking rear skirts. Looks like a smooth '50's Kustom at first glance and then you look under the hood and now we're Pro Touring.
misterNNL
Very nice to see a Willys built in the low and slow style instead of the all to often(IMO) nose high gassed style. The body mods you selected are very well done and remind me of the Lincoln Zephyrs of the '30's. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Tom Geiger
Very cool indeed. I like to see different ideas on tried and true classic cars. There is nothing that would keep anyone from building it in 1:1, and it would drop jaws at any car show!
Peter Lombardo
Very nice and unusual. The chop turned out very well, subtle and very convincing.
olschoolkid
I'm really digging this car. I think it makes a nice alternative to a custom style Zephyr as stated before or perhaps an alternative to a 40 Ford.
Dragonhawk1066
Well done! Nice twist on a Willys!
Modlbldr
I like it very much. I was pleasantly surprised how well this style fits the Willy's when I did mine. I chopped the roof on mine too. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. It was only my second chopping attempt. http:// http:// Later- Edited June 6, 2019 by Modlbldr
