SfanGoch
This takes 3D printing to a new level. This is their Facebook page. Super cool.

Unfortunately, 3D printing is not a substitute for the rest of the skills required to build a car. That's some of the nastiest carbon fiber work I've ever seen. There are welding and fabrication and fitment issues too. If you're going to do something, learning to do it right is always a plus. SfanGoch
True; but, we've seen worse on model kits.
Brian Austin
Any worse than home-built hot rods? Can't be easy to build a car from scratch.

And it's even harder if you make the effort and take the time to master the required skills rather than muddling through settling for half-assed mediocrity. I've seen things built in people's garages that rival the best of the best from top-line shops and manufacturers. And I've seen stuff that looks like it was built by drunk monkeys. It's a choice as to what level of quality you're willing to accept from yourself and define as "good enough". And all efforts are not equal.
