I built this just for fun. Didn't sweat any details or spend hours researching anything about it. I have started a Rat Fink & have several Weirdo's, Silly Surfers ,etc. to go! The glitter is in the paint & the glitter colors appear to be different between the 2 colors. Paint is Krylon Glitter Blast (orange blast & bronze blaze) I also used the sealer. So basically a heavy flake like back in the 70's when painters pretty much laid down some clear, punched holes in a box full of flake and shook it over the clear. Then buried it with a ton of clear.
