kelson
Outstanding work!,just a quick question, shouldn`t the chrome rockers be painted black with a little chrome showing at the top.

I've seen them either way. I don't know if one style is representative of early cars or vice versa, so I left them chrome. In pics the lower chrome shows up better and not have the rockers "disappear".

Cpt Tuttle
Very nice Corvette, the paint goes very well together with the redline wheels and the build quality is excellent.

MrObsessive
Thanks for all the very nice words fellas! Now I'm focused like a laser beam on this '55 Ford Fairlane and I'm glad I was able to save the 'Vette from being forever "lost" and covered in years of dust. Pete75
Great work. Love the engine bay. The "wooden" steering is really effective - will bear this in mind for when I come to do something more "classic". As a modelling noob(ish), I find the notion of cutting BMF around (?) letters mind boggling! ?

mustang1989
Drop dead gorgeous build Bill. It's all there, paint, details....hell everything!! Glad you dropped the stance some and you're right. For some reason Revell auto kits always seem to build up a smidgen too high in stance.
