TonyK
70 years old. Really liked his music. Seemed we always put some of his songs on when we had a get together since it was upbeat and fun.

Modelbuilder Mark
He played a great bit part in a TV show recently, where he was Eddie Money, pretending to be an Eddie Money cover act at a Casino lounge or something. It was hilarious. The older we get, the more often we will recognize those that pass.

Jim N
Eddie performed the pre-race concert at Kansas Speedway a couple of years ago. I was excited as I liked his music, but he sounded awful. I thought his voice was shot. My son thought he had a cold. It was likely the early stages of the cancer he had. Truly sad. A friend of ours had cancer of the esophagus too. He held on for about two years after the diagnosis. They thought it was in remission, but the cancer came back with a vengeance. Our friend did not make it to his 60th birthday. Nasty stuff.
