Tyrone Malone Hideout truck

As I said, I don't know who manufactured the wheel itself but Malone most likely got them from Truck Mate as they were one of his sponsors, if Truck Mate did the chroming themselves or if they had them chromed for them I have no idea...it doesn't matter much as these are the wheels he used.

Here is the original wheel on the Super Boss...all of his trucks had these in the beginning before he changed to two-hole Budds with tubeless tires on the transporters.

Here is the wheel on the model kit, pretty much spot on if you ask me.

Here are the wheels Ben Wicker has mastered sold by Jamie at Mo'luminum, Ben refers these as "Truck Mate wheels" and there's where I got it from..

This front hubcap used on the Bandag Bandit at one time even has the Truck Mate logo in the center.

Why,but why, would they mold in black-turned what would have been a great build into a frustrating fight.I know alot of builders like to prime, paint, and clear, sometimes several coats,I dont like to lose the detail.Guess I will pay closer attention to what I buying from now on.If its not white or grey,I'm not doing it.

I don't know why Round 2 did it in black, yes the truck was painted black on the outside but mostly everything else is other colors, the chassis for example is white, and we all know how well white covers over black. <_<
I hate it when model kits are molded in color and I thought we had seen the last of colored plastic model kits when AMT did all kits in grey and Revell in white, and I also prefer the kits in neutral light colored plastic...and Round 2 are supposed to be modelers and know the business...why do they do kits in colored plastic then when not many modelers want it...I can't understand it.

What Peterbuilt kit has the correct front bumper for the Papa Truck? Or is there one available from the aftermarket?

I believe the Peterbilt style bumpers used on the trucks are aftermarket from Chrome Goodies (one of Malones sponsors) and correct bumpers are not available in any kit, so if you want it to be correct you have to scratch build one or if a close one makes it for you you can use one from a kit and I think the closest you can find is from the Revell Bill Signs kit, it's not exactly correct as the Papa Truck bumper has no holes what so ever but the Bill Signs bumper has no holes for lights.
