Sourcing the correct wheels and hubcaps does look like the biggest challenge, now that it has been pointed out, I can not ignore it. Hope the Coke Machine is not to tall to fit inside. I have one correct wheel and dog dish (molded together in black) for this off an unknown kit. No hub cap, though. Casey Posted November 6, 2019 Author Share Posted November 6, 2019 I don't recall the Ford steel wheels having any significant detail difference to them, so if you're using steel wheels and a wheel cover, the center web/lug area is going to be covered, so any decent looking steel wheel in the correct diameter will do. Before that the kit had what look like the Type 9 wheelcovers in it. They would also be correct for the Monogram 1987 F-250 truck and for the base XL line of F-150s from the 1980's to the 1990's. I think the closest substitute out there are the Moebius hubcaps. Not sure about the other van. Kinda leaning towards an old custom van from the 70s or 80s. Way beyond my pay level but it's fun to dream. I have the wheels to satisfaction but the hubcaps are not cooperating. The lettering is just too small for my equipment. I made some flat and maybe decals will be the answer. Hope to have the wheels on the website within the week along with Dodge stuff and other things. Here is what I have at this point. Tire is just for reference (regular kit tire from the parts box).
