I had built one of these some 45 years ago or so but I don't recall it actually having doors and being mid-engine. You gotta love all the beautiful WW2 planes. If anybody's wondering, the Accurate Miniatures kit is a re-box of the Eduard P-39. If you're thinking of buying, here's a comparison of the AM/Eduard, Hasegawa and Monogram kits.
