I have built all of the Johan V-16s and consider them one of the very best set of kits available, and more than worth the money. The work involved in adding cane work to the body of the Fleetwood Town Car is not for the feint of heart but from the looks of your '60's cars you are more than up for the challenge. Also, I think you would find the Italleri '33Ā V-16 Convertible Sedan andĀ TownĀ CarĀ great kits too. WhereĀ they lack in a few detailsĀ theyĀ more than compensate in terms of correct proportions. And the lines of the '33 Cadillac are absolutely sublime...one of the most beautiful cars ever made. I will look forward to seeing what you work on in the upcoming year. Yes I have always heard great reviews on V16s JoHan models. The cane work for the Town Car looks really tough indeed but it's worth the challenge I guess!. Of course I'd love to see your kits on the forum if you can share them. I really like the 1933 All Weather Phaeton from Italeri and also plan to do it but my addiction for the brand really starts in 1934, with the 2 blade bumpers feature. I have lots of Caddies in prep for the year to come...such as Flat top Sedans 1961 and 1959, Coupe DeVille 1962, Eldorado 1961 and 1968, Eldo convertible 1971 and many more... I'll need time Thanks again for your good words!.

There is one actually on Ebay right now that needs to be restored but from what I see of your models, you have very very good skills... so that Caddy wouldn't be a problem for you. Phildaupho
I have always had a certain admiration for modellers who focus their builds on a certain type of car, era or genreĀ but I cannot seem to do so.

MrObsessive
Jean-Phillipe, those are some simply beautiful Caddies! My favorite two though are the '62 four door followed by the '70. Very neat work done on those and something I haven't tackled yet.........doing a four door conversion. I have the bits and pieces to do one, but the ambition hasn't struck me. Yet!
