Put away my 32 ford to do this. A 1956 foose f100 . Gulf Stream Aqua . Going to build it simple. Going to add spark plug wires. Seems like a good kit. Traded with Slusher. A great trader.

Interior color ?

Agree, love the colour, who's is it?

Cream or parchment would look good imo.

+1000 on the color. Tamiya? Really shows the curves of this great truck. Dark colors cool, but this makes the hood/cab/fender curves look pretty amazing.

Thank you guys. Have not made up my mind for interior color yet. The paint is a water based automotive paint. Was kind of a blue / turquoise color and tinted it to this color. Have a old color chart and found this old ford color that the foose truck might look good in. Gulf Stream aqua. So I tinted it to get this. Just a one shot deal. Just something different. Here is the paint and gun I use. The paint is from color choice. bmw paint. The clear is a urethane sherwin Williams clear. HPC 15. The paint gun is a sata mini jet. Works very well for models. Harbor freight has a copy of this gun for $20 I think.

I used a old product from the aircraft guys called SNJ. Painted the block and trans SNJ aluminum finish . Painted the trans pan , oil pan and carb ,model master brass. Painted the headers Molotow with clear blue and clear red for heat staining. Used a Morgan automotive detail distributor.  Not as good as all of you guys ,but I’m trying. My first truck and it is a great kit.

Test fit body to frame , Seems ok. Going to work on the interior next. Cannot remember who , but someone said they had a little trouble mounting the body over the interior. I’m going to pay close attention to this part of the assembly. Thank you for the info. The stance is really good. So far the kit is really good.

Hello ... Well had some issues putting the body over the interior. Here are some pics of the things that I had to correct. You may not have these issues but I did. Cut the rear interior panel so it would clear the rear glass. Sanded the dash board . It was too wide. The body would not sit down on the frame. Sanded the floor supports a little also. The other pics are the results. I put the interior tub in the body , then put the body with interior installed on the frame.. Hope this helps your build.

What a beautiful build!  Outstanding!  I love the color, it’s cleanly built, and the info to fix the body-fit issues is much appreciated!  Nice work!

Really nice job on the details! Engine and interior look great. And I agree with everyone, that colour is exquisite! Nice mix! One of THE nicest trucks I’ve seen.

Great work! I remember having an issue getter the interior into the body but I don’t remember how I solved it. I built mine as part of the 24 Hour Build a few years ago so it was no doubt towards the end in the wee hours of the morning!
