afx
Created a channel for the tail pipes. Not how Fiat did it but had the get the exhaust and the lowered rear suspension to coexist. Also made cups to accept and positively locate the top of the struts. Edited March 20, 2020 by afx
afx
Added adjustment nut detail to the tops of the struts and axle nut detail to front hub.

afx
I was fully expecting to need to scratch-build the roll cage but to my surprise the kit cage fits nicely. My technique of using liquefied styrene as weld for joints is more obvious on the black plastic. Made cups to accept the feet and more securely attach the cage. Filled the roll cage mounting pin holes in the chassis as they would not be present on the 1:1 Edited March 22, 2020 by afx
afx
Exhaust fits up nice and tight as does the skip plate. Edited March 22, 2020 by afx

afx
I had to devise a way to connect the body and chassis. At the front I went with a hook and cleat. The cleat is attached the body and the hook is the piece of angle attached to the front of the chassis. At the rear I went old school a la AMT with a dowel and socket. The dowel is permanently attached to the body and the socket permanently attached to the chassis.
