1968 Olds 442 W-30. Part II

Hi guys.

I decided that I would post this in a new thread partly because I wish I would have had these photos to post in the first place, and partially because editing is no longer an option after a couple of days on this forum.

I wanted to be certain that everyone got a chance to see these pics.

We finally got a little sunshine today, so I quickly rushed out to get a few shots before it disappeared again!

It never ceases to amaze me at how differently some paint colors can look in natural light versus artificial.

This seems to be one of those cases.

The original pics I posted made the paint look somewhat drab, and not really close to the actual color.

The natural light really brings out the richness of the Cinnamon Bronze paint IMO.

Thanks for indulging my second thread on this subject. :D

And one for comparison. ;)

OUTSTANDING !

The outside photos' lighting really makes that car look... real

With the snowy backdrop , it looks like March 1968 , and the car's on its maiden voyage . It'd be nifty if you could 'photoshop' some salty snow splashes on it --- that'd really sell it !

Totally worth the wait to see your paint job in natural sunlight. While the build looks great either way, the natural light does let the beauty of your chosen color to shine through. Another great build.
