Maintenance Saturday, DONE!

Recommended Posts

Excellent (although if there are performance problems, they don't seem to bother me).  But is there a chance to eliminate those hundreds of useless emojis that started showing up on the previously-brief list of emojis.  I think the last major update introduced that useless stuff nobody seems to use,. Plus they show up much smaller in the post than in the emoji list. Useless!  If any use them at all, most people here (including me) use about half a dozen of emojis, and the good ones are all all ye way on the bottom of the list.

This is one of the original emojis from the old software: :)

And one of the new ones:  ? (I can barely even see that one).  What we really need is a hand-palm emoji, and I can't find one, even in that huge list.

I tried both "facepalm" and "face palm" - no results.  I didn't try faceplam. :D

But even the ones you found are really crappy face palms!  I don't need male/female indication, and something larger that  those.  You need a magnifier to even see that those are. I like them a bit larger, just like the original set on this site (like the one I used above).  Something like this one facepalm.gif would be nice (or even larger).

It is not the end of the world though - I'll live facepalmless.

Not to make light of important issues, but if this is the extent of our problems, we're doing pretty good.

No problem here - I just made a request and if it is not feasible, the life goes one.

Like others mentioned, thanks for maintaining this important piece of my social  life nowadays.
