RDean58
One that I picked up today, 1963 Mercury Marauder annual kit, set the way back machine to 1963! Mark
If you want to use the custom front end parts, the more common '64 kit can be altered to take them. Make a pattern of the '63 front fender forward of the wheel opening, lay it on the '64 body, then hack away. The rear end parts fit as-is. I lucked into a couple of '63 kits that were started as custom versions and were too far gone to go back to stock, but I wanted customs anyway. The '63 is way better looking than the '64 IMHO. unclescott58
Cool! Where's the time machine? I need two. One to build stock. And another to build a replica of the stock car Parnelli Jones drove at the time.
ChrisBcritter
Man, some great Styline pieces in there! I bet the "A" front and rear could be adapted to a '59 Buick, and that "B" front end might be just the ticket for the custom '60 El Camino I have in the pipeline. Dave Darby
Very cool also that it has the 50 Mercury hubcaps, which were very popular for hot rods in the 1950s. Those were also included in the 62 or 63 Lincoln kits.
