Ferrari SA Aperta

Hi guys!

Here's my latest build: Revell's Ferrari SA Aperta.

In 2010 Ferrari built 80 of these cars to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the

famous Italian car design company Pininfarina.  SA stands for Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina.

Paint is Ice Blue Metallic + 2K clear from Gravity Colors.

Thanks for watching.

Looks really nice!  Is the roof a lighter color?  I have the Revell 612 in my stash, basically the same model correct?  The car is huge!

The SA Aperta is an open-top mish-mash of 2 seater 599 GTO and 599 GTB. Completely different car than the very long 4 seat GT car 612 Scaglietti.

Beautiful crisp build in a lovely colour scheme. I think all the SA Apertas have incredible paintwork, and there are plenty to choose from. Great photography, too. @89AKurt it’s basically the same kit as the 599(GTO) not the 612...

beat,

M.

Thanks for the clarification.  I haven't read up on recent cars too much, until I get a kit.  ?
