randyc
I had a WIP going. Here is the finished version. One of my most realistic builds. I put it in cars because it really isn't truck like in any way. And it's not what most ppl build, but we have a real one, so had to.
stitchdup
Nicely done, a bit of black wet n dry under it on the last pic and you'd struggle to know it was a model
Classicgas
Very nice, a factory stock model, what's not too like?

randyc
Thanks everyone. As "simple" as it was, if was a fun build to detail as closely as possible to our real one. It builds into a really nice replica and has plenty of opportunity for detailing. The grill alone is a perfect match for hte real one and is molded open. Like Larry Greenberg used to say in his reviews "highly recommended"

hct728(Bob)
Love it! What people really drive, very popular around here. Debated buying the kit, kinda pricey for a curbside but boy it sure looks good properly painted and assembled like yours!
Zippi
Nice job Randy. Looks just like your 1:1.
randyc
Wow! Thanks from a year later. Wish I could find a hyundai Kona to match my real one.
doorsovdoon
That's one good looking build! The paint is stunning, beautiful colour. With the right backdrop you'd struggle to distinguish this from the real thing!
shoopdog
Nice to see something most people don't build, excellent build!

randyc
Wow! Thanks folks! It is as close as I could get to my wife's. I intentionally went a little light on the paint because indoors paint looks darker than outside. I made several trips to the car to get details as close as I could. Fun to build stuff like that.
