Revell 1957 Ford Sedan Gasser

Recommended Posts

While I'm not a big fan of drag racing, I saw hpiguy's video on this kit; and I thought I would give it a go.  The model went together quite well, and any short comings are purely due to me and my skill level (or lack there of).  Exterior colors are Tamiya Blue TS-15 & Tamiya Pure White TS-26; interior colors & engine bay are Rustolium Semi-Gloss White & Tamiya Medium Blue XF-18; engine is Testors Model Master Ford Blue.  I got the idea for the yellow lights & red brakes from hpiguy.

Enjoy!

Nice Job, love the color combination.  57 Ford is one of my favorites.

Great looking gasser James, I like the blue and white combo too. I did my lights yellow too after seeing HPIGUY's build video.

Thanks, guys.  Keith, I used yellow Sharpie on the rear of the lights.
