What is Time Attack you say? It is an event where you compete against the clock first and the other cars second. No bumping, no crashing into the other car, no huge budget needed and any type of car is permitted. This is grassroots :) I was at an event this morning and took a few photographs, enjoy :)

Cam you explain, please?

Canada didn't get regular Pontiacs in the 50's and '60s because tariffs would have made them too expensive to sell competitively so GM Canada created Acadians and Beaumonts from Novas and Chevelles to fill the small and mid-size niches.

That would be a '66 or '67 Acadian Canso.

Although,, the car in Howard's pic had Nova tail lights, not Acadian.

[hope this pic works.]

Time attack is one of my fav motorsports, probably one of the only trully unlimited classes left (the others would be pikes peak and bonneville). Where else would you see a fwd civic almost match an f1 time around suzuka, or lamborghinis getting their rear handed to them by a stockish looking celica.
