Scalper
Hello. Completed my 1985 corvette by monogram. Box stock build. Left the classic monogram read bare plastic. Painted all the trim free hand. Think it turned out ok. Has some tricky suspension bits. But looks good. Great detail for a old kit. only issue I had with the kit was the taillights molded on the body. I tried my best to make them look good. But I think I overkilled it. Thanks for looking all comments welcomed
kelson
Turned out nice!,i see that your hood sits flush which you don't usually see with this kit.
Scalper
Thanks Curtis. At first the driver side of the hood did not want to fit flush. I had to make sure the inside of the hood part was glued flush. now it sits perfect. Thanks
espo
Very cleanly detailed. The small differences in color and finish on the small parts of an engine, suspension, and chassis make a big difference in the overall appearance.

OldTrucker
Sweet looking Corvette! The color looks spot on! Seems like that that year only came in 3 colors as all I saw were red, white and silver! LOL

Eric Macleod
Sure looks spot on to me. I like all the little details around the marker lights and mouldings. It's a bit hard to tell if this is 1:24 or 1:1 scale.
Scalper
Thank you. Did not turn out as perfect as I wanted. But thanks for appreciate the extra detail. Edited June 14, 2020 by Scalper
mustang1989
That turned out very good Andre. I've done the bare red plastic "paint job" before as well. As long as there are no blemishes ( which I see none of here with this build) they turn out awesome. Great job dude.
