Amt 1957 Chevy mild custom

Here’s the First post I’d posted here in model cars mag in years and I have so many more to post up , Here’s one I built last year ,An  Amt 1957 Chevy Bel Air , shaved slightly, painted candy brandy wine over silver base, kinda a mild custom/ street racer/ show car / Cruiser, 1957 chevys have always been one of my favorites, I’ve owned 5 real ones over the years , hope you like.

Nicely done- that paint is beautiful. Add some nice period custom touches like the chrome wheels, exhaust cutouts, grille insert and some stance, and that amounts to a great build in my book.

Agree with Rich. Remember your builds from the forums and magazines. So cool to see you posting on the forum again. Look forward to seeing more.

57 is clean, like how you customized in your own style and the usual specialty paint work.

I really like this 57, especially the filled hood and Buick grill. You don't see that much. That color ain't half bad either.

As a lover of '57s as well and owner of 1 a loooooong time ago (plus my Dad had 2 that I drove)  thats a cool retro build. Very nice.

Thanks everyone for the comments, Spruslayer when I get a little time I’ll pull It out of the display case and take a pic of the motor
