1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

That's worked out really well, the beige colour scheme is a great choice.

This is probably a kit I'd overlook, and the box art doesn't help, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for it in the future.

I remember one being down the road from us in the early '80s, I presume it belonged to an American off one of the relatively local USAF bases. Certainly stood out amongst the Cortinas, Marinas etc of the day, and filled the driveway quite well.....

Very nice build. When I was in the NAVY I went shopping for my 2nd car. One of these was on my short list. I did look at one in dark blue but the right front was all mangled from entering a ditch. I had enough cash to buy a good car so I passed on it. Always have like the lines on those Monte's.

These Montes are one of my favourite cars. I'd love to have several of these cars built in different colour combinations. The NASCAR version of this car looks stunning! Great job yet again Gareth!

Thanks, Stephen. Same here, I had so many colour options in my head before I built this I wouldn't mind a few more of these kits myself just to try different colour combos.

Very very nice!! Colors are spot on for a mid- to- late 1970's car!!

Thanks, Anders. Yes, I was thinking that the moment I bought the kit, though I did want to do other colours because Beige is just so bland. I'm glad I did, as like you say it's spot on for this style of car.
