MattP99 Posted August 11, 2020 Just finished this excellent little kit that was a joy to build (unlike some!). Will be part of a scrapyard diorama eventually so done fully rusted out and abandoned using MIG Ammo rust acrylics set, AK Interactive crusted rust enamels, Pebeo turqoise acrylic artists paint and a little oils to finish. Dominik Posted August 13, 2020 on a Diorama it will be working fine. well made Matt. for a next rusted car with holes you can thin out the plastic from the inside to make it a Little bit more realistic. if i make such rusty work, i Research the Internet for examples, to have an eye where the typical rust is on the car ? MattP99 Posted August 13, 2020 Hi Dominik, I did thin the plastic, but it was the first time I had done that with a dremel tool so was probably a bit too careful with it.
