Spruslayer
This is my effort on the 66 Ford short bed with tanker bed from Jimmy Flintstone. The short bed was not a good choice to start with as i dident want to cut the frame, but still was able to get the wheels in the right place by moving the axle back. The front axle is from the 55 camo truck kit and the wheels and tires are from Scenes Unlimited. Used the pu bed floor to help mount the tanker bed Interior not correct for a 350 but you know about the rabbit hole ?♂️ Thanks for lookin Edited September 17, 2020 by Spruslayer
Doug 1061
That looks great. Looks like a close fit on the rear tires. I have never worked with resin parts before. Did you have to do a lot of filling/sanding to get that tank straight? These Moebius kits are nice.
Spruslayer
Thanks Doug. The tires are literaly up against the frame rails,it should have been narrowed to be a better fit. There was only minor cleanup to the outside of the tanker, but the bottom and inside required a lot of dremel time to make work. I would have liked a better front axle but that one worked well with only minor modification.

leafsprings
Great color choice and tu tone effect. Really like the 6 lug duallies and correctly enlarged F 350 fenders!
