Tom Geiger
Aha! I was fooled by original photo.. I thought the center indent was on the back cushion! That would make a cool pickup seat!
gtx6970
I need it to replicate a 1968 belvedere bench seat. Want to convert the revell gtx to a baseline Belvedere RO race hemi car
gtx6970
This is what I want to replicate. I dont need absolute dead on perfect just as close as I can reasonably get
Plowboy
What about taking a rear seat and converting it to a front bench? That's how I did this bench seat for a Malibu.
Mark
Rather than search out a hard-to-find part that you will be altering anyway, why not start with something like a '68 Roadrunner bench seat? Being a Mopar item, it will likely be closer in terms of overall shape, characteristics like cushion/seat back design should be close, and size should be close because both are intermediate cars. From there, it's a matter of sanding the detail off and scribing new detail to fit your needs.
