vamach1 Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 (edited) I went a little crazy this year buying a lot of speciality kits and diecast (several from Europe and the Far East) and somehow managed to not finish very many kits I had started on this year or earlier. Now that I officially retired I hope to get more kits built in 2021. I think I am stocked up for a few decades. Built (as pictured) I remember gluing on the side mirrors on the red Mustang II this year but not sure if I built it last year. In progress (Mustang II Cobra, 96 mystic Cobra convertible, MPC Boss 351) Bought (GT40’s from Magnifer and Lemans Miniatures, Hasegawa 427 Cobra) and some others and too many diecast to remember. ? cobraman Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 Nice, I like what I see. That Cobra kit with the metal parts is on the bay now for 99 bucks. Very tempting. Your Mustang ll looks just like the one I bought new in 74. Lots of people don't like them but it was a good reliable car. Some say the ll saved the Mustang from being discontinued. I also bought a new 78 Mustang king Cobra so I have a fondness for the little ll .

I paid $85 for mine and I doubt you will see another one anytime soon. I’ve see people all the time pay over $100 for 45-50 year old kits that were originally $2 and I cannot justify that when I see two or three listed all the time. Edited January 1, 2021 by vamach1
