1/24 scale plumbing line, etc

Recommended Posts

I would echo Bill's suggestion. I often build '50's type cars and use Fishing line often. I use .018 / .457 mm line for fuel block to carburetors. I have used both red and white and most outfitters have many colors to select from. Very inexpensive and 500 to 650 yards will last you a life time.

Depending on what scale you're working in, clear fishing line works very well. The red stuff works for old-school red neoprene fuel line too.

It comes in lotsa diameters, but it's generally only really appropriate for 1/24/ -1/25 etc.

Thanks Bill, I’m glad to hear you validate that as I was wondering if fishing line would work.

Thank you David! I’m on it.
