Welcome!  Looks like you've done a fantastic job on this build.  

Really like your paint work.  Would you mind elaborating on "polyester paints"?  (Links etc)  I'm always looking for new sources, and I'd never heard of these.

Polyester paint is what we call basecoat car paints here in Brazil.  

They work in conjuction with a clear coat afterwards.

The base coat dries to a matt finish and has no mechanical resistance. The 2k clear coat can be wet sanded and polished.

In this link they refer it as a BC/CC system.

For airbrushing, the paint needs heavy thinning and a spray booth.

I'm not sure, but I think Zero Paints use these paints.
