Autoquiz 508

No clue either!  And the steering wheel seems to be located in the center of the car (neither left- or right-hand drive)!   The wheels look like one of the custom wheel sets from Aoshima or Fujimi. :D

EDIT: I think what I see as a steering wheel is just a headrest of the right front seat.

I had an "Aha-erlebnis" after I cheated... Saw the car from different angles and actually quite like it!

Same here, so I didn't send a reply.  Very interesting car.  Never new about this one, but would like to have one just to drive the local gear heads nuts trying to figure it out!

This time I was looking for a Brazilian car, Santa Matilde SM 4.1.

It was produced by Cia. Industrial Santa Matilde from 1977 - 1997. A Chevrolet  Opala was the donor car for this fiberglass bodied car. Beside the coupe there were also a convertible available. It was powered by either by a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder engine.
