Here's the decal sheet from the previous issue, the Toyota "Armed Pick-up." Nothing but 4 sets of license plates, though at least they're unusual and interesting. One set from Lebanon, 1 from Somalia, 1 from Somaliland, and the "TCB" license plates from Chad. The small writing at the bottom of that plate advertises "Diagnose Auto," with a street address in N’Djamena, the capital of Chad. Wasn't the Esci kit recently reissued by Round 2? Also Revell reissued their kit not too long ago. Is there really a need for another release of the same kit? Could be that the market penetration of Italeri is bigger in some countries than Revell.

If you like this airplane and this scale, this is THE kit of it! Italeri has some really nice 1/72 aircraft kits they are quietly introducing into their line-up. I just picked up their new 1/72 T-33 kit, and it is a re-boxing of a Platz kit from Japan. Nicely detailed, engraved panel lines, and the shapes for the engine intakes look spot on! Despite less than stellar reviews, it is one of my three favorite movies. My Children even made me a "Hello Box", back in the day. Great movie, even if some of the portrayals are not exactly PC these days. Highly recommended!

Well Round2 has pretty much no European penetration, so that release of the kit here in an AMT box was pretty much only for the North American market. Which was a weird choice since it was that ESCI GTi kit rather than the actual AMT Rabbit.

Italy got struck very hard with the virus, so I can imagine that it pushed back the release a lot. The Delta should've been released somewhere last year, but I wouldn't be suprised if it now comes in the second half year of this year. I am very much looking forward for the release though. I think it is the first rather modern hatchback that is being released in 1/12. My Delta is in! And I was very excited, unfortunately my body has been squeezed by the box contents. The lower part of the rear has snapped and the front scutterpanel has been heavily warped. A friend also got the Delta, but has piece of cardboard that should protect the body was stapled and his body was fine. I emailed Italeri, but haven't gotten any response after a few days. I am quite sure I will not get a response from them. There service is quite Italian; rather non-existent unfortunatelly. They are definately no Revell.
