ewetwo
These are the Polar Lights kits. I built the red one over 10 years ago and decided to change it out. Put mags, quad carburetors and decided to paint the interior black. Change the hood out to the dual scoop. I think it came out ok. I dolled them up a bit. espo
Great looking update on the red car. This build still looks fresh today. The yellow car makes a great looking sleeper for the street. Very nice finishes on both.
ewetwo
Thank you. I can't take credit for the finishes as there are those pre-painted Polar Lights kits. But I did paint things like the exhaust. Manifolds. Suspension, A little bright chrome here and there. I will say the 2 piece wheels were really hard to get into the tires. I actually took a small screwdriver and used it the same way I did when mounting tires at the gas station. We had a manual old school tire mount like in the photo. mrmike
Those look great! I did the same thing with two Coronet 500s. One as stock and the other as a drag car!

bisc63
Very realistic! The red really shows off the lines of the car, but both are sharp!
