I tackled the mold lines with a tip I got on Facebook.

Sanded the area again.

Put extra thin cement over where the lines were. And they popped up again.

Let it dry, and then sanded again. Now they seem to be gone forever.

Even if they pop up after my first opaque coat of kolor, the fact that i sand between every coat with 2000grit, it disappears after my second of four coats.

Nice to know that!

I also sand between coats of paint.

Ran into some trouble on the varnish wet coats.

I think I applied the second wet coat too early. The instructions say you must give 5minutes between each coat.

Got wrinkles:

Had to let it dry 24hours and sanded everything with 1200 grit.

That paint came out great!  Nice job!

A relief after the cracked varnish😊

I love this kit, and you’re doing a great job on it. The paint has come out first class!

Thanks!

The paint looks fantastic. Nice recovery.

And I found out what I did wrong. The second coat was too heavy. When this happens, the surface dries faster then the thick wet layer and then wrinkles.
