jacko
Does anyone make a 1/24 or1/25 white decal of Shelby's signature as often seen on the dashboard of Cobras? I know it's probably a licensing no-no issue, but I thought I'd ask as I don;t have access to an ALPS printer. John
Straightliner59
There are tons of images on the web, of them. Since they're dark printing on a white BG, you don't need an Alps printer. You can make them pretty easily on an inkjet printer.
vamach1
Here is one from a SAAC letter so indirectly I paid for it. Kopec made a living off of promoting Chelsey and his cars. Most fo the signatures on car parts are written with a silver sharpie. Lots of images on the web. Edited April 24, 2021 by vamach1
jacko
Unfortunately the ones I want are white signatures on the black dashboard, hence the need for an ALPS printer. Thanks, John

vamach1
I know this signature is the real deal. Sorry for the shadows.
Mark
Maybe try printing on white decal paper, making a black area with the signature left in white? The black decal could be applied where you want the signature, with the surrounding area painted to match.

If you use white decal paper and print black on it remember to take a black Sharpie (or another permanent marker) and color the edges of the decal (before placing it in water). If you don't do that, the white edges of the paper will be visible once the decal is applied.
