The body came that way. I was just researching them myself since I got a partial body in a parts trade I did years ago.  The kit is from a MPC southern stocker stock car kit from the early 80s

Thanks , they are off a Die-cast.  Fast the  Furious Charger . They are narrowed,  I used the front tires on the rear rims and the custom tires from the special edition '70 Cuda kit.
