heepey
An attempt to build a model of my 1:1 '97 Grand Cherokee. This is the Tamiya 1/24 Grand Cherokee kit with some larger tires and a 3d printed kayak on the roof rack. It is painted in the same color as used on the real car. The kit is of a '94ish Jeep but is very close to the '97. First a photo of the 1:1 then the model.
Tom Geiger
That looks great! Now you need to replicate the license plate!
heepey
I haven't used Acme Platemaker in a while but need to go there. Montana makes us replace the plate every 5 years.

Mattilacken
Looks great! Have the same kit and started to modify it with lift and, for a grand, huge tires. Started steel bumpers flares and engine swap.. halted there.. good work again!
Chuck Most
Love it! This is a kit I'd love to see reissued. I built one ages ago (lifted with the Mickey Thompson tires from the Revell Rubicon), have another about 30% finished as a "truggy" conversion, and at one point I had one where I'd started modifying the grille and bumper to depict a '97/98 model. Great kit though I never understood the gimmicky working suspension.
